The FCRC respects the privacy
of users of it's website and related services
and will protect their privacy as completely as possible.
FCRC does not collect any information
that personally identifies users of it's website
and related services except when individuals provide
such specific information on a voluntary basis.
However, there
may be occasions where specific personal information
is requested before an individual can enter certain
sections of our website or use related services.
For example, registration is needed to access the
CES Education Calendar & Registrationor
System or to
participate in most FCRC
online forums. Registration for these services
helps to ensure that content is
up-to-date, relevant and accurate for all users.
In all cases, FCRC only
collects information that is voluntarily provided
by the user and ensures that such information
will be kept completely confidential. Individual
information provided to the FCRC to gain access to
any part of the FCRC site will never be sold or made
available to any third party.
FCRC does reserve the right
to perform statistical analyses of user behaviour
in order to measure interest in and use of the various
sections of its sites and related services
to improve design and navigation. Only aggregated
(anonymous) data is used for these analyses, no personally
identifiable information will be used (or is available)
for this purpose.

Viruses
While every effort
is made to ensure that all information provided at
the Site does not contain computer viruses, you should
take reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan
for computer viruses and should ensure that you have
a complete and current backup of the applicable items

newer viruses that have been written to automatically
